| Note: | After several days of not seeing activity at the nest, saw 1 osprey arrive and appear to be bending into the nest routinely. This lasted for at least 30 min. By 3 pm when I checked again the parent bird was gone. | ||||||

| Note: | Using my spotting scope, I observed the nest and tree line where the adults perch and eat, saw no fledglings or adults. Eventually an ad m flew in high over the nest area, circled and took a fish farther east to the trees along Bridge Rd. No other ospreys seen near or at the nest but I’ll recheck a few more times. Fledglings would be as large as the adults. | ||||||

| Note: | Spent some time observing today. Saw no ospreys on or near the nest or the adult pairs territory. An osprey passed by with fish, high overhead, traveling from the ocean to the back woods east of Rt 1, They often head towards Little Assawoman. If young had fledged from that nest it’s likely I would see or hear them begging for fish. It was quiet. | ||||||
